India, Sept. 21 -- Accel-backed fintech company Moneyview has fixed the price band for its IPO at Rs.32-Rs.34 per equity share, with the issue set to open for public subscription on September 24 (Thursday).

At the upper end of the price band, the company is seeking a valuation of around Rs.5,985 Cr ($624 Mn).

The IPO will comprise a fresh issue of shares worth up to Rs.750 Cr and an OFS of up to 10.05 Cr equity shares. At the upper end of the price band, the total issue size works out to around Rs.1,092 Cr. The fresh issue has been cut by half from the Rs.1,500 Cr proposed in Moneyview's draft IPO papers, while the OFS has been reduced from 13.6 Cr shares.
