India, Sept. 14 -- Fintech unicorn Moneyview has trimmed the size of its initial public offering (IPO) significantly a couple of months after the markets regulator SEBI greenlit the issue. In a public announcement today, the company announced that it has halved the fresh issue component of the IPO to Rs.750 Cr, from the initially proposed Rs.1,500 Cr and trimmed the offer for sale (OFS) component to 10.04 Cr equity shares from 13.6 Cr.

As per the new announcement, investors Tiger Global, Accel, Crimson Winter, Ribbit Capital, NLI Strategic Venture Investment (a VC fund co-managed by Nippon Life Global Investors Americas and Transpose Platform Management)and Transpose Platform Management have trimmed the number of shares they intend to of...
