India, May 14 -- Listed match making company Matrimony's consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 (Q4 FY26) increased 18.3% to Rs.9.7 Cr from Rs.8.2 Cr in the year-ago period. On a QoQ basis, it increased 16.9% from Rs.8.3 Cr.

Revenue from operations grew 7.8% to Rs.116.8 Cr from Rs.108.3 Cr in Q4 FY25. Sequentially, it increased 3.2% from Rs.113.2 Cr.

Including finance income of Rs.5 Cr and other income of Rs.11 Lakh, total income stood at Rs.121.9 Cr in the quarter under review.

Total expenses increased 0.5% to Rs.110 Cr from Rs.109.4 Cr in the same period last year.
