India, Nov. 13 -- Listed matchmaking company Matrimony's consolidated net profit declined almost 41% to INR 7.8 Cr in the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal year (Q2 FY26) from INR 13.2 Cr in the same quarter last year, as revenue remained flat and margins contracted.
On a sequential basis, the company's profit declined 7% from INR 8.4 Cr.
Operating revenue stood at INR 114.6 Cr during the quarter under review as against INR 115 Cr in the September quarter of FY25. On a quarterly basis, revenue declined marginally from INR 115.3 Cr.
Including finance income and other income of INR 5.8 Cr and INR 30 Lakh, respectively, Matrimony's total income stood at INR 120.7 Cr, down 3% YoY from INR 124 Cr.
