India, July 16 -- Enterprise AI startup logcat.ai has raised $2.5 Mn (about Rs.24 Cr) in a pre-seed funding round led by US-based seed stage investor Founders' Co-op.

The round also saw participation from Act One Ventures, TheFounderVC, Shorewind Capital, Clayoquot Capital and Alumni Ventures.

The fresh capital will primarily be used to expand the startup's engineering team by hiring up to 10 specialised roles and enhancing its AI platform's capabilities. A portion of the funds will also go to bolster its research and experimentation, cofounder and CTO Tarun Vashisth told Inc42.
