IPO-Bound LEAP India Nets Rs.744 Cr From Anchor Investors
India, Aug. 6 -- Ahead of the commencement of the bidding for its public issue on August 7, logistics tech platform LEAP India has raised Rs.743.6 Cr from anchor investors.
The startup allotted 4.67 Cr equity shares to anchor investors at a price of Rs.159 per share, the upper band of its price spectrum.
Of the total, 1.9 Cr shares, or 40.1% of the total anchor round, were picked up by one life insurance company and six domestic mutual funds via a total of 15 schemes. The domestic mutual funds that anchored the round included Axis Mutual Fund, Motilal Oswal, Bank Of India, Groww, ITI, among others.
