India, May 21 -- Healthtech unicorn Innovaccer has acquired the assets of US-based revenue cycle management (RCM) services provider CaduceusHealth, marking its fifth acquisition in the last two years.

In a statement, Innovaccer said that the acquisition will help it expand its Flow software platform into full-stack revenue cycle management for outpatient and ambulatory care. As per a report by ET, the deal valued CaduceusHealth at $66 Mn.

Founded in 1997, CaduceusHealth provides outsourced revenue cycle management (RCM), medical billing, and clinical staffing solutions to about 4,000 healthcare providers across the US.
