India, May 22 -- Naukri parent Info Edge's consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 increased 12% to Rs.755.7 Cr from Rs.677.9 Cr in the year-ago quarter. On a sequential basis, profit surged 139% from Rs.316.7 Cr in the previous quarter.

Operating revenue increased 16% YoY and 6% QoQ to Rs.869 Cr. Including other income of Rs.496 Cr, total income for the quarter stood at Rs.1,365 Cr.

Meanwhile, expenses for the quarter increased 6% YoY to Rs.572.8 Cr.

For the full FY26, Info Edge's profit jumped 35% to Rs.1,762.8 Cr from Rs.1,309.9 Cr in the previous fiscal. Revenue increased 15% YoY to Rs.3,284.7 Cr.

The company's board also approved a final dividend of Rs.3.60 per share for FY26.
