India, Aug. 10 -- Naukri parent Info Edge net profit for the first quarter of FY27 (Q1 FY27) jumped 43% to Rs.490.1 Cr from Rs.342.9 Cr in the same quarter last year. However, on a sequential basis, the company's profit plunged 35% from Rs.755.7 Cr.

Operating revenue increased 11% YoY and a marginal 1% QoQ to Rs.880.7 Cr in the quarter under review. Including other income of Rs.192.3 Cr, the internet company's total revenue for Q1 stood at Rs.1,073 Cr.

Meanwhile, the company total expenses for the quarter rose marginally by 3% YoY to Rs.580.4 Cr.
