India, Aug. 6 -- Wealth management startup Fisdom's cofounders Subramanya SV and Anand Dalmia are set to exit Groww upon completing a one-year planned transition, following the listed fintech major's acquisition of Fisdom last year.

The company doesn't plan on appointing external replacements for the cofounders. The listed company's founders will work more closely with the wealth management business, while several senior executives from Fisdom will take on expanded responsibilities.

Besides, the company also intends to elevate some of the senior leaders from Fisdom's team moving forth.
