India, Sept. 3 -- AI-powered customer engagement platform Exotel's cofounder and chief operating officer Ishwar Sridharan has quit the company.

"Today marks my last official working day at Exotel. It's been a little over 14 years, and it's been the most remarkable and productive professional days of my life. I'm incredibly proud of what we've accomplished together-not just a company, but an institution built to last," Sridharan said in an internal mail to employees.
