India, May 4 -- Deepika Padukone-backed D2C brand Epigamia has roped in former Mars executive Ritesh Gauba as its CEO.

According to his LinkedIn page, Gauba last worked with Pladis (McVities & Godiva) as general manager for India for more than four years. Prior to that, he worked with companies like Mars, Britannia and Tata Motors in various managerial and leadership positions.

Overall, he brings more than 24 years of experience in the FMCG sector, spanning premium consumer brands and omnichannel sales and distribution.
