India, Aug. 6 -- AI startup Consint.AI, which offers an AI-powered healthcare fraud and management platform to enterprises, has raised Rs.22 Cr (about $2.3 Mn) in its Series A funding round from BIG Global Investment JSC, Equanimity Ventures Trust II, and Seafund Venture India Scheme I.

The startup intends to utilise the fresh funds to expand into global markets like the US, MENA, and Southeast Asia. It will also enhance its AI research in fraud detection and claim processing as well as clinical intelligence.

The funds will help the Delhi NCR-based startup develop a foundational model that caters to fraud, waste and abuse (FWA) detection across the insurance, banking and financial services industry.
