India, July 16 -- Beauty and personal care (BPC) manufacturer Naturis Cosmetics has raised Rs.100 Cr (around $11.8 Mn) in its Series A funding round led by Sharrp Ventures, with participation from Mirabilis Investment Trust, Anicut Capital, Niveshaay and angel investors including Hyperscale Ventures' Suyash Saraf, XYXX Apparel's Yogesh Kabra, among others.

The startup intends to use the fresh capital to set up a new 225,000 sq ft production facility in Gujarat's Vapi, open an experience centre in Delhi NCR and establish a new R&D centre in Mumbai. It also plans to scale its team and expand into adjacent categories like men's grooming, body care, fragrances, among others, over the next five years.
