India, Aug. 13 -- Coworking space provider Awfis' net profit jumped 140% to Rs.24 Cr in the June quarter (Q1 FY27) from Rs.10 Cr in the same quarter last year. The company's profit remained largely flat on a sequential basis, improving about 3% from Rs.23.2 Cr.

Operating revenue for the quarter under review stood increased 27% YoY and 4% QoQ to Rs.424.9 Cr. Including other income of Rs.24 Cr, total income for the quarter stood at Rs.448.9 Cr.

Meanwhile, Awfis' total expense for the quarter increased 24% YoY to Rs.424.5 Cr.
