India, Feb. 16 -- AI cloud infrastructure startup Neysa has entered into a definitive agreement with US-based Blackstone for a $600 Mn (about Rs.5,443 Cr) funding that will see participation from other co-investors, including Teachers' Venture Growth, TVS Capital, 360 ONE Assets and Nexus Venture Partners
On the back of this agreement, Neysa intends to raise another $600 Mn through debt financing, taking the total round amount to a possible $1.2 Bn (about Rs.10,800 Cr) - the highest ever by an AI startup in India.
