India, April 15 -- Agritech startup Agrizy has elevated head of engineering and products Markish Arun as its cofounder and chief technology officer (CTO).

As its third cofounder, Arun will helm the Omnivore-backed agritech startup's end-to-end tech and AI roadmap, involving the expansion of its intelligence layer, scaling decision-support platforms as strategic intellectual property (IP) and engineering systems for global traceable supply chain solutions.

Arun joined Agrizy as its engineering and product head in 2022. He served as the CTO for listed car rental company Zoomcar for nearly three years prior to joining Agrizy.
