India, Sept. 12 -- Early backer Accel India yesterday sold 27 Lakh shares of logistics giant BlackBuck via an open-market transaction for Rs.155.5 Cr.

As per NSE data, Accel sold the shares at Rs.576.05 apiece to rake in the amount. The VC giant offloaded nearly 1.5% of its stake in the logistics giant at a discount of 8.4% to the stock's last closing price on Friday.

The shares that flooded the market were lapped up by asset management company (AMC) Abakkus Investment Managers.

Accel, via its affiliate Accel India IV (Mauritius) held a 7.17% stake in the logistics company at the end of June 2026.
