India, Sept. 24 -- Shortly after the IPO lock-in expiry, SEDEMAC's institutional investors A91 Partners, Xponentia, NJRN Family Trust and Mace Pvt Ltd have cumulatively offloaded shares worth Rs.1,456.38 Cr via multiple bulk deals today.

As per NSE data, A91 Partners, via holding entity A91 Emerging Fund II LLP, sold 16.10 Lakh shares of SEDEMAC at an average price of Rs.3,010 apiece, netting Rs.484.9 Cr. Xponentia sold 16.85 Lakh shares across three bulk deals to rake in Rs.507.4 Cr.

Meanwhile, Mace Private Limited sold 7.28 Lakh shares worth Rs.219 Cr, NJRN Family Trust offloaded 4.5 Lakh shares worth Rs.135 Cr. Meanwhile, HDFC Life Insurance sold 3.63 Lakh but picked up 4.02 Lakh shares.
