B2B manufacturing company Zetwerk's shares closed their debut session at Rs.138.30 on the BSE, down 8.4% from the issue price of Rs.151 and 13% from the listing price of Rs.159.

On the NSE, the stock closed at Rs.138.25, down 8.4% from the issue price and 13.2% from the listing price of Rs.159.25.

The shares touched intraday highs of Rs.160.50 on the BSE and Rs.161 on the NSE, before falling to lows of Rs.127.20 and Rs.127.40, respectively.

At the BSE closing price, Zetwerk's market capitalisation stood at Rs.23,431.54 Cr ($2.4 Bn).
