Cult Fitness Pvt Ltd cofounder Rishabh Telang has moved the Karnataka High Court to quash the FIR filed against him by his brother-in-law and cofounder Deepak Poduval.

The Court did not order a stay on the investigation, but sought responses from Poduval and the State on the plea.

It further noted that the police had issued Telang a notice under Section 35 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and he would not be facing an immediate arrest.

The matter is scheduled for a hearing on September 2.
