Interactive AI startup Companion Labs has secured $2.5 Mn (about Rs.22.7 Cr) in its seed funding round led by Peak XV's Surge, with participation from All in Capital, DeVC, UntitledVC and a host of angel investors.

The startup plans to use the capital to accelerate product development, AI capabilities, and further refine its product as it works toward product-market fit.

Founded last year, Companion Labs is building interactive experiences for users to explore alternate lives, careers, and aspirations through AI-powered narratives.
