Jamshedpur, June 18 -- Three police personnel, including the officer-in-charge (OC) of Kapali police outpost (OP), were suspended over allegations of torturing a tribal girl from Kanderbera rehabilitation colony under Chandil police station in the Kapali OP on June 15, officials said on Wednesday. "Kapali OP OC sub-inspector Dheeranjan Kumar, assistant sub-inspector Mohd Muqlesur Rahman and female constable Kanchan have been suspended with immediate effect on charges of using force and violence on a tribal girl inside the OP on June 15.
