PATNA, Oct. 23 -- Railway Protection Force (RPF) on Wednesday lodged FIR against seven YouTubers, including Neha Singh Rathore, for posting "fabricated videos on rush in Bihar-bound trains to create misconception about the situation". The FIR has been lodged with Cyber Police station of Vaishali against YouTubers Rathore, Tarun Gautam, Nishant Pant, Piyush Rai, Sunil Astay, Ashish Singh and Sachin Gupta for putting the content on X. The FIR registered on the basis of the statement of RPF inspector Saket Kumar under sections of 353(2) and 356 BNS act. "The fabricated videos have been made viral on social media to tarnish the image of Railways, mock at the efforts of Railway employees and create fear psychosis among the passengers in the festive season ahead of elections," says the FIR. The FIR has listed the overall details of the video clips with their place and timing and termed that some of them are over one year old and of the period when Kumbh Mela was on.
