RJD MP targets state govt over student credit card scheme
PATNA, Sept. 26 -- Buxar MP and senior RJD leader Sudhakar Singh on Friday said that the Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme, launched with the aim of helping students from economically weak and middle-class families in the state acquire higher education, has derailed from its original objective.
