PATNA, Feb. 13 -- The bail pleas of independent MP Pappu Yadav in three cases will be heard by Patna civil court on Friday. Vijay Anand, advocate on behalf of Yadav, said the bail pleas of Pappu Yadav in three cases would be heard by a Patna court on Friday. "The bail pleas were fixed for hearing on Thursday but he could not be heard due to a bomb threat, which turned out to be a hoax. Yadav's bail pleas were scheduled to be heard around 11 am, Thursday, but he could be present only in the second half due to the bomb threat, Anand said. Pappu Yadav was produced before the MP/MLA court in two old cases lodged with Kotwali police station and Buddha colony police station. Yadav was granted bail on Tuesday in a three-decade old forgery case, but was kept in judicial custody in separate cases, including for obstruction of police proceedings.
