J'khand police constable murdered in Bihar village
ARA, Dec. 21 -- Criminals broke into the house and brutally murdered a Jharkhand Police constable (havildar) by slitting his throat with a sharp weapon late on Friday in Bhagwatpur village under Chandi police station area of Bhojpur district.
According to police officers, the deceased had a deep cut on his throat, a wound on his right cheek, and his right thumb. The reason behind the killing was not clear. The victim was identified as Pashupati Nath Tiwari, 58, a resident of Bhagwatpur village under the Chandi police station area. He was a constable (havildar) in Jharkhand Police and was currently posted in the PCR in Hazaribagh district of Jharkhand.
Upon receiving information about the incident, Sadar SDPO-II Ranjit Kumar Singh and Chandi Station House Officer Rakesh Roshan reached the spot and gathered information about the incident from the deceased wife and family members....
