DARBHANGA, July 24 -- The Bihar government has formally expressed its support for a proposed long-term academic collaboration between the Mithila Sanskrit Shodh Sansthan, Darbhanga, and the University of Oxford to preserve, digitise and globally promote Sanskrit manuscripts and Mithila's intellectual heritage.
