BETTIAH, Feb. 14 -- Railway police in Bihar's East Champaran district recovered the body of a man in his 20s hanging from the chain of a berth inside Satyagrah Express at Raxaul late Thursday night, officials said. The incident have raised suspicions of both suicide and possible foul play. Pawan Kumar, station house officer (SHO) of Raxaul police said the matter came to fore hours after the Satyagrah Express terminated at Raxaul junction after returning from Anand Vihar on Thursday. Some staff witnessed the body hanging from chain of a berth in coach number S-5 of Satyagrah Express, while the coaches were cleaned at washing pit at Raxaul in East Champaran, he added. "We have involved the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) team to assist in the investigation. We are investigating the matter from all possible angles including murder and suicide," said the SHO....
