PATNA, Oct. 10 -- After hectic rounds of talks with LJP (RV) leader Chirag Paswan on Thursday in New Delhi, the BJP was finally able to break the ice over seat-sharing in the NDA. According to top NDA sources, all the alliance's constituent parties have reached an agreement on seat allocation although the seats to be contested by each alliance partner are yet to be disclosed. Based on Thursday's talk, the alliance's first joint list of candidates is expected to be released on October 13. A smiling MoS (home) Nityanand Rai, assigned to hold talks with Paswan, said after the meeting, "Everything is positive. Don't you see our smile?" Paswan, also seconded Rai indicating that the talks were successful. Rai later conveyed this information to Bihar BJP election in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan.
