BETTIAH, Aug. 12 -- At least three migrant workers from Bihar were traced but nine others, most of them from West Champaran district, are still missing after a massive cloudburst triggered a flash flood through swollen Kheer Ganga river on August 5, causing large-scale destruction in Uttarakhand's Dharali village, officials said. West Champaran's district magistrate (DM) Dharmendra Kumar while confirming the information said on Monday: "Out of the eleven villagers from Sikta block who went missing after the cloudburst in Uttarakhand, three have been traced and they are on their way back to native villages.
