SASARAM, Aug. 26 -- Rohtas police has arrested three persons, including the driver of Home Guard (HG) Commandant and a constable, for demanding bribes from the HG aspirants to ensure their recruitment, police said on Monday. Rohtas administration had organised a physical test for recruitment in the HG in the district and the final list had also been prepared by the officials. After an aspirant complained to Rohtas SP Raushan Kumar about the accused demanding Rs.50,000 money to ensure their recruitment, the SP formed a SIT under sub-divisional police officer, Dehri, assistant SP Atulesh Jha. The SIT seized the mobile phones of the commandant's driver Manoj Kumar Chero, HG constable Santosh Prasad and middleman Santosh Kumar, all residents of Rohtas district. The allegations were found true during the electronic verification of the devices. A probe has been launched into it....
