BETTIAH, Oct. 25 -- A joint team of special task force (STF) and East Champaran police arrested two people and seized 1.806 kilogram of smack,valued at Rs.4 crore in international market, at a place near Raxaul in the district, police said on Saturday. In an official statement, issued on October 24, the East Champaran police said acting on a tip off, a police team intercepted a SUV at Laxamipur checkpost under Raxaul police station area of East Champaran on Friday evening and seized narcotics.
