'How many votes did you get'? SC rejects petition by jan suraaj
New Delhi, Feb. 7 -- The Supreme Court on Friday declined to entertain a plea by Prashant Kishor-led Jan Suraaj Party seeking annulment of the 2025 Bihar elections, reproaching the party for invoking the judicial forum after having suffered a complete rejection at the polls. A bench of CJI Surya Kant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi refused to examine the allegations levelled by the party in its petition. "How many votes did you get? Once people reject you, you use the judicial forum to get relief," the bench said....
