MUMBAI, Oct. 1 -- The state cooperation department on Wednesday introduced a new policy for the redevelopment of old buildings, allowing senior citizens, patients, members residing abroad and those unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances to participate in meetings via videoconferencing.
