India, Nov. 17 -- A sub-inspector of the Uttar Pradesh Police has been arrested in connection with the murder of a 30-year-old woman, whose naked body was found in Mahoba district last week, officers said on Sunday. The family of the deceased, a resident of Kabrai in Mahoba, has accused S-I Ankit Yadav, who was investigating a dowry case filed by the woman, and her estranged husband, CRPF constable Vinod Kumar, of conspiring to kill her. Hamirpur superintendent of police Diksha Sharma confirmed Yadav's arrest after questioning, saying the accused officer has been sent to jail.
