New Delhi, Feb. 11 -- The Supreme Court on Tuesday quashed criminal proceedings against Anand Rai, the whistleblower in Vyapam scam in Madhya Pradesh, holding that no case was made out against him under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
