MUMBAI, July 7 -- A woman army officer has registered a complaint against a lieutenant-colonel for stalking her during the Tata Mumbai Marathon in January. The complainant, also a lieutenant-colonel, is a Ludhiana resident currently posted in Jammu & Kashmir. She had registered offences of stalking and harassment against the accused in 2003 and 2005 as well.
