Mumbai, Nov. 6 -- The Bombay High Court on Thursday set aside the bail granted to dismissed police officer Sachin Waze by a special NIA court in the 2021 Antilia explosives scare and the connected murder of Thane businessman Mansukh Hiran. A division bench of Justices G S Kulkarni and Neela Gokhale allowed the NIA's appeal challenging the September 29 bail order. The case relates to the recovery of an explosives-laden SUV outside industrialist Mukesh Ambani's residence and Hiran's subsequent murder.
