Mumbai, Oct. 8 -- The Bombay High Court on Wednesday backed students protesting against alleged irregularities in Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) examinations, observing that "they are students, not anti-nationals." The court said their grievances were serious and that students had the right to protest if they believed there were lapses in the recruitment process. It urged the Maharashtra government to take sincere steps to restore the protesters' confidence in the examination and recruitment system.
