MUMBAI, Oct. 21 -- The General Post Office (GPO) in the city has busted a postal stamps racket operated from Delhi and Samastipur in Bihar, which sold forged stamps at half their face value. The MRA Marg police have arrested three persons in connection with the case. One accused was arrested in Sion on September 19 while two others were arrested from Bihar on October 16.
