India, Aug. 7 -- Mizoram chief minister Lalduhoma met Union home minister Amit Shah on Thursday to discuss the concerns of church representatives about the proposed Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2026, saying later that he was assured that the legislation will not apply retrospectively.
