Mumbai, July 16 -- Kastubh Dhavse, who worked as joint secretary and Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to chief minister Devendra Fadnavis has been appointed the chief advisor-investments and strategy-to the CM. Dhavse, who has served the CM since 2014, has been a key architect behind some of Maharashtra's most forward-looking initiatives concerning infrastructure, global investments, technology policy, and institutional partnerships. A Mumbaikar born in Dadar and raised in Andheri, Dhavse is an engineering graduate from DJ Sanghvi College of Engineering.
