Mumbai, Aug. 24 -- A police sub-inspector was duped of Rs.78,745 after unidentified frauds allegedly hacked his mobile phone and transferred the funds from his bank account. Satyajit Vishwanath Virnodkar, 58, was at home on August 13 when his mobile phone was hacked. The phone shut down abruptly. When he restarted the phone, all the data had been wiped out.
