New Delhi, Sept. 6 -- The Congress on Saturday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of using his address at Delhi University's Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) centenary celebrations for political messaging, instead of addressing students' concerns or engaging with those protesting over examination-related issues. At a press conference, Congress in-charge for student affairs Kanhaiya Kumar linked Modi's visit to the upcoming Delhi University Students' Union (DUSU) elections on September 18, alleging that the event was aimed at benefiting the BJP's student wing, the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP). "SRCC was not really created today, this programme must have been organised purely for two reasons. One, perhaps to add to the half-full glass of positivity in the Prime Minister's glass through PR. The second is the Delhi University election. They may have gone there with the intention of benefiting their student wing in the Delhi University election," Kumar said....
