'Operation Tiger' successful, say Shinde and Fadnavis
Mumbai, June 22 -- Speaking on 'Operation Tiger', Shinde said that the operation would be completed soon. "We believe in carrying out foolproof operations and do not leave them halfway. You all know this and have experienced it in the past as well," he said.
Shinde also took a dig at the Shiv Sena (UBT), saying that its leaders attacked Omraje Nimbalkar on the very day the court delivered its verdict in his father's murder case. "They used abusive language and called him a 'reel master' on a day when his entire family was grieving," he said. "When he was in the party, he was hailed as a 'mass leader', and his work on public issues was praised. However, the moment he decided to quit the party, he was targeted with allegations. After publicly attacking him on Saturday morning, the party leaders met him secretly in the evening to persuade him to stay and bowed before him. I think there is some 'chemical locha' in that party." Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that the operation had been carried out successfully and that the "body" was in a healthy condition....
