India, Aug. 31 -- The Punjab and Haryana high court has ruled that legible medical prescription and diagnosis is an integral part of right to health and is thus a fundamental right under Article 21 of the Constitution. The judgment came on an anticipatory bail plea of an accused in a rape case. When the medico-legal record was summoned, the court found that "not even a word or letter was legible".
