New Delhi, Sept. 26 -- Four women wrestlers on Friday moved a Delhi court challenging the acquittal of former Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in a sexual harassment case, terming the trial court's August 3 verdict "archaic" and based on "stereotypical assumptions". The plea is likely to be heard by special judge Digvinay Singh of Rouse Avenue Courts on Saturday.The plea said the acquittal was "unsustainable in law" and based on "conjectures and surmises" rather than a proper appreciation of evidence.
