LUCKNOW, May 4 -- A 22-year-old woman was seriously injured after falling from the 11th floor of a commercial building in the Vibhutikhand area on Sunday evening, police said. According to officials, the incident took place at Parshvanath Plaza, where the woman worked as a telecaller with a private firm. Upon being informed, police shifted the woman to Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences for treatment. Preliminary inquiry suggests that the woman fell from a balcony attached to a bathroom within the office premises. "Initial information indicates that she fell from the 11th floor. However, the exact circumstances leading to the incident are still being verified," a police officer said. Officials said they are examining all angles, including accidental fall and other possibilities.
