Lucknow, Nov. 2 -- A joint inspection of the Rooma Industrial Area in Kanpur was conducted on Sunday by Deeksha Jain, additional chief executive officer, UPSIDA, along with the municipal commissioner, Kanpur Municipal Corporation, the sub-divisional magistrate (Sadar) and officials of the concerned departments. The inspection aimed to find a permanent solution to drainage and water backflow problems affecting the industrial area. Officials reviewed the existing drainage infrastructure and inspected locations where blockages were obstructing the natural flow of water. They also examined the causes of the problems and discussed technical and practical solutions for their effective and lasting resolution. Jain also interacted with representatives of the Rooma Industrial Area Entrepreneurs' Association and assured them that necessary action would be taken on priority.
